Sorry to ask another query in this Q&A. Is it possible to conditionally enable interpolation based on source frame rate ? For ex:

if fps <= 30 ;
then
    interpolation=yes
else
    interpolation=no

Seems repetitive to always check frame rate and toggle it myself.
