actinia_S1_Wasser.ipynb: fixes and updated to fossgis2025 user #2

  • fix non-existing mapset s1watermask_tmp to S1_watermask
  • update to fossgis2025 actinia user

r.watershed fails with

The mapset specified with mapsetid is not supposed to exist, it is created by i.sentinel_1.water.worker. If it exists already, it will be deleted first and then created anew. Therefore the existing mapset S1_watermask with the needed input data can not be used as value for mapsetid.

The current user has no permissions to create a new mapset in a process chain.

The actinia user in the other notebook for the general introduction of actinia also needs to be updated.

We are goiing to use a different mechanism without temporary mapsets.
