Description of the bug

When I called my emit channels "eigenvec" and "eigenval" my nf-core lint detected three channel (like in the figure below) instead of only 2 (meta and eigenvec file).
When changing the name of the emit in egenfile and evecfile this issue disappeared. My guess is that somewhere during the testing there is some kind of grep that detect the eigenv part and split it creating 2 additionals ec and al values
