For now, this page may either be accessed by navigating to
/settings, or by following the System Settings link under the login form.This page gives the options to toggle WebRTC and Radata. These are normally enabled, but disabling them is useful when troubleshooting issues with ouronote, such as #22 and #4, in order to isolate potential causes of data desynchronization (and without requiring a redeployment of the product).
