GitHub education is both approved and expired. Says no need to submit again, but I do not have benefits

Hi everyone,

I am working at a faculty, and am using GitHub education as I teach its features to my students (primarily Copilot, which I get access through this one). At some point I had it working, and e.g. could use GitHub Copilot to demonstrate it in VSCode. However, it is no longer working, and it hasn't really throughout this year.

If I got to: https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application, I see a sign

and if I try to make a new application, after I press the green "Continue" button I get a

On the upper side to the right, however, I have these notifications:

The "Expired" one always seems to shift to whatever day it currently is.

If I got to GitHub, my profile, and then to "Copilot", I just get

with no mention of my GitHub Copilot access via GitHub education.

I am not really sure what to do here. It seems I have a successful application, however, GitHub it self have not registered that I have it. Not sure if this is due to the double applications (a successful one and one expired), or something else.

Hi @TorkelE,

Given your latest status, you should be approved and your benefits are available, to redeem them go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select for example Copilot, if you can redeem it you are fine, if you can't, I suggest you to raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

How to enable Copilot Pro for GitHub Education verified students/teachers?
Once you have been successfully approved as a verified student or educator, your academic benefits will become available within a few days. You will receive an email when your academic benefits are ready to be redeemed.
