Add deps directory for IR_for_CVQKD and cryptomite
Add qosst-bob-continuous command, update some dependencies
Add error correction, privacy amplification and end of frame using qosstr-pp mainly. Reorganize some code.
GUI layout is arranged, added lengths tab for key material length information, added end of frame button
