I've added this as a starting point, potentially some of this overlaps with the README content; and could maybe talk a bit about various configuration / HOWTO guidance being added to the wiki - https://github.com/rospogrigio/localtuya/wiki
Later, might want to move the "Buy me a coffee" links into a FUNDING.md and maybe introduce a SUPPORT.md; directing users to forums or similar.
