Optics Express submission

This release is intended to serve as a companion to the submission for Optics Express manuscript.

2d-multislice works

2D multislice -> free space, matter repeat and far field now work.

The far field propagator is Single Fourier Transform propagator but the observation plane phase correction is not implemented.

2d works

(parallelized) 2d wave propagation works, free space & matter!

1d free space is now parallelized

1d free space wave propagation is parallelized. The 1d matter example is uniprocessor only and will stay so.
