The --source parameter changed in Coverage 3.3 to take a package or directory, so update how it's called and cover running missing.py as well.

Also remove Python 2.6 and 3.2, they were failing and are no longer supported anyway: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPython#Version_history

Coverage remained the same at 59.813% when pulling ef206ca on hugovk:update-coverage into 78b93f2 on unitedstates:gh-pages.
