Exposed all Whisper prediction and result events and connected events such that dictation preview shows the result prediction and the final dictation result is correctly returned.

Integrates Whisper speech-to-text as an alternative to DeepSpeech.
The default has been changed to Whisper due to superior transcription quality and language support, but DeepSpeech remains a configurable option as it runs faster on the Windows x86_64 platforms tested.
Closes #23
