voicevox_core が Rust 実装になったし、
https://github.com/Cysharp/csbindgen
を使っていい感じに binding コードが生成できたら楽だなということで使っていく
各ツールいくつか制約に引っかかってるので適当に生成コードをいじる感じになってる
