Runs pytest on Python 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8 on Windows, OSX, and Linux. And it works!

Also, it's already been merged with the most recent master so no merge conflicts. Also, this deprecates (comments out) SceneFromVideo and the use of OpenCV.

Is this the same script as in #71? If so, please make sure to use that script once #71 is merged, because when it does, this script will be in two different places.
